1. Service Eligibility & Pincodes
Orders are fulfilled strictly within our designated Pune serviceable areas: Wagholi, Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Lohegaon, Dhanori, and Porwal Road.
2. Product Weights & Natural Variances
Agricultural commodities are weighed freshly at our hub. Minor moisture variations (+/- 5%) may naturally occur.

We take customer privacy and data security seriously adhering to IT Act & DPDP norms.
1. Secure Payment Gateway
VegivoFresh does not store customer card numbers or UPI PINs. Transactions are encrypted and processed by RBI-authorized Payment Aggregators (PhonePe).

1. 24-Hour Refund for Damaged Produce
If any item arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, contact our WhatsApp support at +91 8087000733 with a picture. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (PhonePe/UPI/Bank Account) within 24 hours.
Shipping and Slot Delivery Policy
VegivoFresh delivers next-day in two dedicated slots:
- Morning Harvest: 6:00 AM ā 8:00 AM
- Evening Fresh: 5:00 PM ā 7:00 PM
Free delivery is applicable for all orders above ā¹199.
